Job Overview:
The Associate HR Officer position at IFC is a critical role within the Human Resources (CHR) Department, which provides strategic partnership to ensure that the organization has the necessary skills, leadership pipeline, and insights to achieve growth and productivity in an increasingly AI-enabled environment. The role focuses on workforce planning, requiring the officer to facilitate the end-to-end strategic workforce planning process, manage planning cycles, and translate business priorities into future workforce requirements. The officer will work closely with business leaders and various stakeholders to identify workforce-related gaps and needs, ensuring that the organization is well-prepared to meet its strategic goals. This position is essential for driving integration between workforce planning and other HR functions such as budgeting, recruitment, and talent management, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate HR Officer include facilitating IFC's strategic workforce planning process, managing annual and periodic planning cycles, and developing workforce forecasts and analytical models. The officer will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify workforce-related gaps and needs, drive integration of workforce planning with budgeting and recruitment, and monitor workforce plans to provide insights to senior management. Additionally, the officer will develop advanced analyses, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making, improve data quality and analytical methods, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. The role also involves building workforce planning and analytical capability across HR through practical tools and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, economics, statistics, data science, information systems, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required, including experience in designing and implementing strategic workforce-planning processes. Candidates should demonstrate a strong command of workforce-planning methodology, including demand and supply analysis, capacity planning, and scenario modeling. Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with complex HR datasets are essential, along with proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI. Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is also required, as well as practical experience using generative AI in a professional context.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master's degree in a relevant field such as human resources management, business administration, organizational development, economics, statistics, data science, or information systems. This advanced education is necessary to equip candidates with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in the role of Associate HR Officer.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in designing, leading, or implementing strategic workforce-planning processes. This experience should include a demonstrated command of workforce-planning methodologies and the ability to connect these methodologies to budgeting, recruitment, and talent management.

Languages:
