Job Overview: The Director of Workplace Strategy and Operations is a senior management position within the Corporate Services division of the EBRD. This role is crucial for shaping the Bank's strategy and policies regarding the efficiency of its premises. The Director will oversee the management and operations of the EBRD London Headquarters, ensuring a market-leading and safe experience for colleagues and customers. Duties and Responsibilities: The Director will oversee the strategic management of contracts and commercial commitments with third-party suppliers, ensuring value from integrated service approaches. Responsibilities include leading relationships with suppliers, managing operational risks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Director will also be accountable for the management of annual capital and operational budgets, driving the strategic use of tools and data to enhance service delivery.
