Job Overview:
The Analyst in People Solutions Advisory (PS&A) plays a crucial role in providing operational support across various employee-related functions, including health management, absence management, performance improvement, and employee relations. This position requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality case administration and ensuring compliance with the Bank's policies. The Analyst will be responsible for producing accurate data and management information to support HR leadership and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and customer experience. The role involves identifying operational issues, analyzing data trends, and implementing solutions that drive continuous improvement in PS&A services. Additionally, the Analyst will engage in transformation programs and system enhancements to improve service delivery across HR.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst's duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
  • Case Management - Providing operational and advisory support for employee absence and medical leave processes, coordinating referrals to Occupational Health, preparing case documentation, and maintaining accurate records within case management systems.
  • Data Management - Producing regular and ad hoc reports related to employee health and performance metrics, analyzing trends, and developing data visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management - Acting as the primary contact for external vendors, maintaining relationships, coordinating meetings, and monitoring service delivery KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance data quality, participating in system testing, and contributing to compliance and risk management processes.
  • Ad hoc projects - Undertaking additional projects and activities as required by business needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to changing organizational demands.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess experience in supporting employee relations, staff health, wellbeing, absence management, or HR advisory processes. A good understanding of HR policies and guidelines is preferred, along with strong collaboration skills and a commitment to team success. The ability to prioritize, organize, and take ownership of work is essential, as is sound judgment in recognizing when escalation is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills, particularly in handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Analytical skills for interpreting data and delivering insights are crucial, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to build relationships across teams.

Educational Background:
