Job Overview:
The position of Full Stack Web Developer is crucial for supporting the development, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of the digital platforms, dashboards, and web applications managed by the Decision-Support and Data Science Division (DSDSD) of ESCWA. The individual contractor (IC) will play a significant role in web application development, focusing on frontend implementation and data visualization features. The role requires expertise in ASP.NET Core environments, as well as the ability to integrate various systems and provide operational support. The IC will be involved in all stages of the development process, including implementation, deployment, user acceptance testing, and the creation of technical documentation. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for a comprehensive set of tasks, including but not limited to: developing websites and applications in alignment with the UNICT strategy and ESCWA’s specific needs, applying UX/UI concepts and principles, and adhering to established standards for web design and security protocols. The IC will maintain, upgrade, and enhance existing websites and applications, ensuring seamless integration with interrelated systems. The role involves organizing and performing unit and integrated testing, assisting users during acceptance testing, and conducting research on new technologies. The IC will support data visualization and analytics initiatives, prepare technical and user documentation, and create training materials. Additionally, the IC will provide operational support for deployed websites and applications, manage version control, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user onboarding and knowledge-sharing activities. The IC may also be required to perform other related tasks as directed by UN ICT or ESCWA strategy.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, along with a certification or degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. It is essential for all applicants to submit a copy of their educational degree, as incomplete applications will not be considered. Furthermore, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the computer software industry is required, specifically as an ASP.NET Core developer. Candidates should have proficiency in front-end languages and libraries such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end languages like C#. Experience with SQL Server and open-source data visualization libraries, such as Apache ECharts, is also necessary. Knowledge of database design and development using MS SQL Relational Database is required, along with at least 1 year of experience with version control systems like GIT. Familiarity with other databases, such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, is considered desirable.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a minimum of a high school diploma, complemented by a certification or degree in relevant fields such as Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. Candidates must provide proof of their educational qualifications, as this is a critical requirement for the application process. Experience:
