Job Overview:
The Global Recruiting Partner will play a pivotal role in leading the recruitment process for a wide range of programmatic and operational roles within the foundation. This position requires a proactive and collaborative approach to attract and engage a diverse pool of exceptional talent from around the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies and conducting thorough research to identify specialized technical and operational talent for the foundation's global offices. The role demands a consultative mindset, where the partner will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide market insights, and guide informed hiring decisions. The ability to manage a high volume of recruitment activities while ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers is essential. The position is based in Nairobi and reports to the Senior Global Recruiting Manager in India.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Global Recruiting Partner will lead the entire recruitment process for technical, operational, and executive-level roles. This includes talent sourcing, candidate identification and engagement, assessment, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. The partner will develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber talent across various functions and global markets. Building trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and key stakeholders is crucial to delivering a high-quality recruitment experience. The partner will also work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify current and future talent needs, develop proactive talent pipeline strategies, and provide market intelligence and strategic guidance aligned with business priorities. Additionally, the partner will leverage recruiting technologies and market intelligence tools to map talent markets and identify prospects, conduct targeted talent mapping, and continuously build expertise on global talent markets and labor trends. The role also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition by sharing best practices and process innovations with the global recruiting team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. A minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in the private sector, consulting, or nonprofit organizations is required, with a proven track record of managing complex regional and global recruitment across a broad range of functions and seniority levels in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Expertise in executive search, talent mapping, and proactive sourcing is essential, along with a strong ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment searches while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Results-oriented candidates with a strong bias for action and a demonstrated ability to build high-quality, diverse talent pipelines are preferred. Experience in designing and implementing innovative talent acquisition programs and processes, including the application of AI and other emerging recruitment tools, is also required.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered. The educational background should provide a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of talent acquisition and human resources management.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, particularly in managing complex recruitment processes across various functions and levels. Experience in high-volume recruitment environments, particularly within the nonprofit sector or consulting, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to engage and attract diverse talent across global markets, particularly in the African continent and beyond.

Languages:
