Job Overview:
The Information Technology Officer (P3) position is primarily focused on supporting the testing and implementation of the MyDrive Application, a cloud-native fleet mobility platform designed to enhance the efficiency of fleet operations. This role involves acting as a liaison among various stakeholders, including business users, fleet experts, developers, and implementation partners. The incumbent will be responsible for creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, developing test scenarios, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The position requires a strong background in fleet technology, vehicle management systems, and operational processes, ensuring that the MyDrive platform meets the needs of global fleet operations and contributes to digital transformation objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Information Technology Officer include:

• User Story Development: Producing clear and testable user stories using Agile methodologies, defining user roles, business value, acceptance criteria, process flows, edge cases, and non-functional requirements. Managing story refinement sessions and stakeholder review workshops.
• Test Planning and Quality Assurance: Developing test strategies and plans, designing comprehensive test scenarios for functional, integration, user acceptance, regression, and mobile application testing. Creating and managing UAT scripts, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring requirements traceability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitating workshops, leading testing requirements reviews, presenting findings, and supporting change management and user adoption activities. Acting as a bridge between operational users and technical teams and supporting training for solution deployment.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for this position include an advanced university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Analysis, Transportation Management, Fleet Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Agile delivery, user story development, software testing, fleet management systems, and transportation technology is essential. Experience in writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as creating UAT and test scenarios, is also required.

Educational Background:
Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Analysis, Transportation Management, Fleet Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. This educational background is crucial for understanding the technical and operational aspects of fleet management and software development.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in areas such as Agile delivery, user story development, software testing, fleet management systems, and transportation technology.
