Job Overview:
The PSP Associate (Salesforce Database) will play a pivotal role in managing the transition to Salesforce as the primary database for UNHCR's fundraising and engagement activities in Malaysia. This position requires a passionate individual who can derive business insights from data, inform decision-making processes, and provide impactful reporting to stakeholders. The successful candidate will support the migration of data from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple channels. The role also involves performing user acceptance tests, regular data administration tasks, and creating performance dashboards to support the Private Sector Partnerships strategy. The associate will work closely with various stakeholders to meet their business intelligence needs and contribute to the overall success of fundraising initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the PSP Associate include supporting project activities related to data migration, monitoring data consistency, performing user acceptance tests, and undertaking other assigned duties. In terms of database administration, the associate will handle regular data administration tasks, including processing monthly donation transactions, maintaining data consistency, and performing basic configurations on the database platform. The role also involves acting as a focal point for database operation issues, supporting database enhancement processes, and ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy laws. Additionally, the associate will create performance dashboards and reports, analyze payment approval rates, and present findings to stakeholders. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill their business intelligence requirements and support assigned projects.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree in IT system management, Information Systems Management, or related fields being desirable. A minimum of three years of relevant work experience is required for those with a high school diploma, or two years for those with a Bachelor’s degree. Experience in database management, payment management, or IT system management relevant to donor or membership databases is essential. Proven experience in a fundraising or sales environment, managing donor or customer records within a CRM database, and familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay, along with knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes at least a high school diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in IT system management, Information Systems Management, or other related fields. This educational foundation is crucial for understanding the technical aspects of database management and the operational requirements of the role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of three years of relevant work experience for candidates with a high school diploma, or two years for those with a Bachelor’s degree. Languages:
