Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Human Resources Assistant include:
Participating in the selection of candidates for various positions, reviewing and processing recruitment cases, and preparing candidate profiles.
Coordinating recruitment activities with hiring managers and service providers, including preparing vacancy announcements and managing interview logistics.
Providing procedural guidance on HR policies and maintaining recruitment records.
Serving as the first point of contact for HR matters, processing personnel actions, and responding to staff inquiries.
Assisting in the classification of positions and providing advice on classification procedures.
Monitoring CRM/Altiora service requests and maintaining accurate case information.
Supporting audit and data collection activities by compiling HR documentation and reports.
Training and supervising new staff as required and preparing statistical reports for client entities.
Performing other duties as required to support the HR function effectively.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, client services, administration, or related fields is required. Experience in providing advice on HR rules and regulations, as well as using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle, is desirable. Candidates should also have experience in data analysis and report preparation to support decision-making, as well as experience in recruitment processes and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
