Job Overview:
The Associate Product Engineer for Web Technologies will play a crucial role in shaping and supporting the digital platforms that underpin the EBRD's online presence. This position requires a strong passion for web technologies and digital experience platforms, as well as a commitment to delivering secure, performant, and accessible digital experiences at scale. The successful candidate will work with a variety of technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target. This hands-on role combines web engineering, platform administration, and operational excellence to ensure that the EBRD's websites remain reliable, secure, and continuously evolving. The position offers an opportunity to work with modern digital experience technologies and to own critical web platforms that serve audiences globally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Associate Product Engineer include: developing, configuring, and supporting websites on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service; managing website operations, including domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security configurations; supporting website releases, integrations, and deployments; monitoring website health, performance, and availability, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal and external teams; ensuring compliance with accessibility, security, governance, and performance standards; managing website lifecycle activities from onboarding to decommissioning; maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures; and continuously improving website performance and user experience.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud Service, strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and web integrations, and experience supporting enterprise websites and digital platforms. A solid understanding of CI/CD, web deployments, and release management is essential, along with knowledge of web security principles, including SSL/TLS, CSP, and OWASP best practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are also required. Additionally, candidates should have experience using website monitoring, analytics, and incident management tools.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset, particularly those related to web technologies and digital platforms.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web engineering, platform administration, or a related field. Experience in managing enterprise-level websites and digital platforms is highly desirable, as is familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern web technologies.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as it is the working language of the EBRD. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those spoken in the EBRD member countries, is considered a plus and may enhance the candidate's profile.
