Job Overview:
The position of Intern, Digital Device at EBRD Tech Sofia is designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in a modern technology environment. The intern will be part of the Digital Workplace team, where they will support various technology functions that are crucial for the daily operations of the bank. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in endpoint management, user support, and IT operations while working alongside experienced professionals in an international setting. The intern will be involved in supporting digital solutions, troubleshooting technology issues, and contributing to projects that enhance the bank's technological capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: supporting colleagues with everyday technology issues related to Windows devices, connectivity, and workplace technology; assisting with troubleshooting and resolving common end-user technology challenges; ensuring an excellent technology experience for local users; supporting Windows device onboarding and provisioning activities; gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and other endpoint management tools; preparing devices for new joiners and coordinating onboarding activities; recording and managing support activities within ServiceNow; assisting with operational reporting and ticket management; supporting hardware asset management and device inventory; participating in testing and quality assurance activities for new technology deployments; and creating and maintaining support guides and documentation. The intern will also work closely with various technology teams to ensure smooth operations and effective project coordination.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be currently studying towards or have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. A strong interest in workplace technology and enterprise IT support is essential, along with a basic understanding of Windows devices and common IT concepts. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are also required. Additionally, candidates should possess good communication skills and be confident in working with colleagues and users.

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or Business Information Systems. This educational background will provide the necessary foundation for understanding the technical aspects of the role and the challenges faced in a modern IT environment.

Experience:
While prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, any exposure to IT service management tools, ticketing systems, or workplace technology will be considered an advantage. The internship is designed for individuals who are at the beginning of their careers and are eager to learn and grow within the field of technology.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization. Additional languages may be considered a plus, particularly those relevant to the regions in which the EBRD operates.

This internship is a full-time position with a contract length of 12 months. The role requires the intern to work on-site in Sofia as needed.
