The training program will commence on August 1, 2027, and will last for three years, with the possibility of shortening it to 2.5 years based on individual performance and qualifications. The training will include practical experience in various departments, including IT, commercial, and human resources, with opportunities for placements in other GIZ locations, including Eschborn and Berlin, and potentially in one of the country offices. The program also includes participation in internal training sessions on IT topics and exam preparation courses to ensure readiness for the IHK examinations.
Duties and Responsibilities: As a trainee in digitalization management, you will be responsible for organizing and processing IT-related tasks, collaborating on digitalization projects, and performing commercial duties. Your training will involve several months of practical experience in different areas, including IT, commercial operations, and human resources. You will also participate in introductory days and various training sessions to prepare you for the professional environment. Required Qualifications: Candidates should possess a good secondary school diploma, a technical college entrance qualification, or an equivalent qualification.
