Job Overview: The Business Support Associate G6 (Senior Management Support) position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Front Office under the supervision of the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to actively seek and utilize feedback to improve business processes and procedures, respond to complex business support queries, and oversee the maintenance of records and databases to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Business Support Associate include providing dedicated executive assistant support, preparing and consolidating comprehensive reports, documentation, correspondence, and briefing notes, and conducting research in the area of work. The incumbent will oversee the maintenance of records and databases, ensuring information is organized and readily available. They will also assist managers in planning, monitoring, and reconciling budgets, assess and recommend improvements to procedures, and provide a full range of complex business support services to staff. Additionally, the role involves providing advice, support, and training to junior support staff, coordinating tasks of junior colleagues, and ensuring that support services are delivered consistently and to the required standards. The associate will also draft, review, and translate official correspondence and reports into Arabic and English, establish effective relationships across internal units and with external stakeholders, and organize high-level meetings and events.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess specialized knowledge of common business processes, practical business support methods, procedures, and systems used in the area of work, gained through technical training and work experience. Good communication skills are essential for providing specialized business support services to a wide range of individuals. The ability to analyze and interpret financial data, monitor budgets, and proactively identify areas for improvement is also required. Strong client orientation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
