This foundational education is critical for understanding the complexities of human resources and organizational development, which are central to the consultancy's objectives.

Experience:
The position requires up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in supporting human resources, staff learning and development, training coordination, or people-management capacity building. Experience in an international or multicultural work environment is highly desirable, as it will enhance the consultant's ability to navigate diverse workplace dynamics and cultural sensitivities.

Languages:
Expert knowledge of English is mandatory for this position, as it is the primary language of communication within WHO. Additionally, intermediate knowledge of Arabic and/or French is desirable, as it will facilitate better communication with a broader range of stakeholders and enhance the consultant's effectiveness in the role.

Additional Notes:
This consultancy is off-site and home-based, allowing the consultant to work remotely while being available for virtual meetings during WHO EMRO working hours.
