The Analyst, Quality Engineer - Digital Resilience position is designed for individuals who are passionate about quality and technology, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of digital resilience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that critical digital services remain operational during outages and unexpected disruptions. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for this position include supporting the testing of failover, recovery, and degraded-mode scenarios to validate application resilience. The Analyst will execute and document IT service continuity and disaster recovery exercises, record and analyze test outcomes from resilience and incident simulation activities, and prepare and maintain test data and evidence for resilience testing initiatives. Collaboration with developers, engineers, and product teams is essential to improve service resilience and recovery capabilities. The role also requires flexibility to support testing activities during planned change windows, including occasional work outside normal business hours, with additional time compensated through equivalent time off. The Analyst will contribute to risk and resilience discussions, identify opportunities to strengthen critical business services, and support the continuous improvement of resilience testing processes, documentation, and quality standards. Additionally, building knowledge of industry regulations and frameworks that underpin operational resilience is a key aspect of this role.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in Quality Engineering, Digital Resilience, Business Continuity, or Disaster Recovery. Experience in executing structured test cases and documenting results with meticulous attention to detail is essential. Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and experience working within sprint teams are also required. Proficiency in using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or similar QA platforms is necessary. A solid understanding of testing principles for IT system migrations and quality assurance best practices is expected, along with awareness of non-functional testing considerations, including security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, accessibility, and data privacy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are crucial. Candidates with relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or related disciplines may also be considered favorably. Experience:
The position requires candidates to have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, or a related field. Experience in disaster recovery, service continuity, or operational resilience testing is highly desirable.
