Job Overview: The Treasury Cashflow Management Officer will play a crucial role in managing the organization's cash flow, ensuring that funds are available for operational needs while optimizing the use of financial resources. The officer will be responsible for developing cash flow projections, monitoring actual cash flows against forecasts, and implementing strategies to improve cash management processes. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Monitor daily cash balances and manage cash positions to optimize the use of funds.
Analyze cash flow trends and identify potential cash shortfalls or surpluses.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting of cash flows.
Implement cash management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare reports on cash flow performance and present findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies related to cash management.
Participate in the development of financial policies and procedures related to cash management.
Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required. A master's degree or professional certification in finance or treasury management is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in cash management, treasury operations, or financial analysis. Experience in a similar role within an international organization or financial institution is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Korean or other languages is considered an advantage but not required.
