Job Overview:
The IFRC Coordinator for Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, and Digital/ITT plays a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of the organization's enterprise architecture roadmap. This position is crucial in ensuring that IFRC's digital transformation aligns with its strategic goals and operational needs. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure-related initiatives and supporting emergency response operations through effective digital solutions. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including National Societies and external partners, to enhance the organization's digital capabilities and ensure readiness for emergencies. The Coordinator will also oversee the establishment of global technology framework agreements and promote their adoption across the IFRC membership, thereby enhancing the overall effectiveness of humanitarian assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the IFRC Coordinator include leading the development of the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with IFRC strategies and standards. The Coordinator will support the assessment and implementation of global technology projects, evaluate new IT projects, and maintain enterprise architecture documentation. Additionally, the role involves coordinating technology roadmaps, managing strategic technology partnerships, and overseeing the Digital/ITT surge roster to ensure operational readiness. The Coordinator will also support National Society development by advising on technology adoption and producing informational materials to promote global framework agreements. Furthermore, the position requires collaboration with various divisions within the Secretariat to ensure effective delivery of objectives and adherence to IFRC quality standards.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with ITIL certification or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as SOA Architect credential, Project Management certification, and coursework in business administration or organizational behavior. The role requires a strong technical and architectural expertise, with a broad understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and systems integration. Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.

Educational Background:
A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required for this position. Additionally, candidates should have ITIL certification or equivalent proven experience. Preferred educational qualifications include certifications in SOA Architecture, Project Management, and relevant coursework in business administration or organizational behavior, which will enhance the candidate's ability to perform effectively in this role.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible professional experience, with at least 3 years within the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement or international humanitarian organizations. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in IT project management, including financial and performance tracking, as well as experience in deploying organization-wide infrastructure. Preferred experience includes managing remote resources and deploying digital solutions in emergency response settings, which will be beneficial for the role's responsibilities.

Languages:
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory for this position. Candidates with a good command of another IFRC official language, such as French, Spanish, or Arabic, will be preferred, as this will facilitate communication and collaboration within the diverse international context of the organization.
