Job Overview: The Assistant Business Analyst position is crucial for enhancing control over fleet, fuel, and maintenance management within UNHCR. The incumbent will also support end-to-end integration of fuel management processes across systems, coordinate with technical teams on integration, and assist in functional and user acceptance testing for system deployments. Additionally, the role involves overseeing deployment and upgrade activities related to fuel infrastructure, maintaining records of hardware deployment, and acting as an escalation point for unresolved system issues. The Assistant Business Analyst will analyze fuel and maintenance data to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement, develop reports and dashboards, and support change management for the rollout of fuel management solutions. Other responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting capacity-building activities, and communicating complex technical issues in clear language for operational users.
Required Qualifications: The position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
