Job Overview: As a pharmacist with MSF, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of pharmaceutical supplies in various challenging environments. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the quality and appropriateness of medical supplies, ensuring compliance with national regulations, and coordinating the storage, distribution, and ordering of drugs and medical equipment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to good pharmaceutical practices and national regulations in all aspects of pharmaceutical management.
Oversee the quality, storage, distribution, and ordering of drugs and medical equipment.
Analyze medical consumption data to inform purchasing decisions and manage stock levels effectively.
Supervise and train national staff in the management of medications and medical supplies.
Coordinate with local and international colleagues to ensure smooth medical supply lines.
Advise on drug disposal and medical donations in accordance with MSF policies.
Ensure that essential medicines are available and well-managed during health emergencies.
Participate in the planning and implementation of medical supply strategies in response to public health emergencies.

Required Qualifications:
Full and current registration as a pharmacist.
Minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification work experience in pharmacy.
Proven experience in managing and supervising staff in a multicultural team environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret medical data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Educational Background: A degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required. Candidates must possess a valid pharmacist registration and demonstrate ongoing professional development in pharmaceutical practices.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant post-qualification work experience, particularly in supply management and pharmacy operations. Experience in managing staff and working in multicultural environments is essential. Relevant travel or work experience in contexts similar to those where MSF operates, such as armed conflicts, disasters, or public health emergencies, is highly valued.
Languages: Fluency in English and French is mandatory, with a minimum level of B2 in both languages. Other languages such as Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese are considered assets but are not required.
