Duties and Responsibilities: The Lead Digital Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties, including providing strategic leadership and technical direction for the Digital & AI work program, representing the Digital EAP team in high-level policy dialogues, and developing partnerships with external stakeholders. The specialist will also provide technical expertise on complex digital development issues, lead strategic lending operations, and guide task teams in integrating digital solutions into WBG operations. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Digital and AI Strategy, ensuring compliance with corporate requirements, and facilitating collaboration across various sectors within the WBG. The specialist will also be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues and providing leadership in partnership management and outreach efforts.

A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, digital and AI policy, and technology-driven development programs is required.
