Duties and Responsibilities: The key functions of the Operations Associate include:

Performing general administrative duties to support the operations section.
Acting as a liaison for the UNICEF Timor-Leste Country Office and its satellite office, facilitating communication and operational efficiency.
Contributing to the overall responsiveness of the team to client needs and enhancing the quality of process execution.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of secondary education in fields such as business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, logistics, or supply chain management. Proven skills in financial administration, invoice processing, budget monitoring, travel coordination, and effective document management are essential. The ability to work collaboratively and maintain partnerships is also crucial for success in this role.
Educational Background: The educational requirement for this position is secondary education, with a focus on business administration, accounting, finance, public administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
