Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Contractual Projects Analyst include:

• Maintaining project management systems and tools to ensure the Medium-Term Workplan is up-to-date and delivery plans are on track.
• Preparing periodic assessments of MTW delivery and funding utilization.
• Liaising with FAD’s Resource Management Division regarding mission dates, staffing, and funding resources.
• Inputting and updating mission travel information for staff and experts.
• Assisting administrative staff in managing experts contracting.
• Contributing to the administration of externally financed CD projects, including preparing and reviewing reports and managing deadlines.
• Assisting with information and knowledge gathering from internal and external sources.
• Researching, collecting, and compiling information on tax policy-related issues.

Excellent technical proficiency is required, including advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI. Familiarity with AI-powered tools is considered an asset.
