Job Overview: The Senior Advisor position is a critical role within the Asian Development Bank's Sector Department 3 (SD3), focusing on public sector management and governance. The successful candidate will be based at ADB's headquarters in Manila, Philippines, and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight in the public sector management and governance sector. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Advisor will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including:
Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction on public sector management and governance operations, overseeing sector initiatives and ensuring alignment with ADB's strategic goals.
Operational Delivery: Lead the annual planning of the sector work program, supervise sector delivery, and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
External and Internal Partnership: Enhance ADB's visibility and build strategic partnerships, collaborating with various departments to facilitate private sector development and implement action plans in key thematic areas.
Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the public sector portfolio, ensuring effective supervision of projects and alignment with relevant departments.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Master's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related fields.
