Job Overview:
The Director of Information Systems leads the Information Systems department within the Logistics & Information Systems Directorate of Solidarités International. The primary responsibilities include defining and steering the information systems strategy in alignment with the organization's objectives, developing the information systems master plan, and ensuring continuous alignment between business needs, technological advancements, and operational challenges. The role also involves supporting the organization's digital transition, ensuring the performance, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, and continuity of the information systems, and managing a multidisciplinary team. The Director will represent Solidarités International to technical partners and contribute to the organization's digital expertise.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define and pilot the information systems strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Develop the information systems master plan and prioritize investments.
• Support business units in formalizing their needs and manage impactful digital transition projects.
• Ensure the coherence of the application portfolio and optimize processes through digital solutions.
• Guarantee the performance, security, and continuity of the information systems, including defining cybersecurity strategies and overseeing IT infrastructure.
• Develop policies, standards, and procedures for information systems and ensure continuous technological monitoring.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, overseeing human, technical, and financial resources necessary for the service's strategy.
• Represent the organization in partnerships and contribute to the dissemination of digital expertise.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a higher education degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. Significant experience in managing an information systems department or service is required, along with proven experience in leading digital transition projects and managing multidisciplinary teams. Experience within an international humanitarian NGO or in a multicultural environment is a significant asset. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of information systems governance, digital transition, and project management.

Educational Background:
A higher education degree (Bac+5) in fields such as computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent is required for this position. This educational background ensures that candidates have the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage information systems and lead digital initiatives within the organization.

Experience:
Candidates should have significant experience in managing an information systems department or service, with a proven track record in leading complex digital transition projects. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams is essential, as well as familiarity with the challenges and dynamics of working within an international humanitarian context.

Languages:
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this position. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and operational stakeholders effectively. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.

Additional Notes:
The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy, with occasional travel required. It is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €4,162 to €4,335, depending on the candidate's experience and the organization's salary scale. There is a possibility of remote work within metropolitan France, with a requirement for three days of in-person attendance per month.
