Job Overview: The Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of HR services across Relief International’s Yemen programme. This position requires ensuring compliance with organizational policies, local labor laws, and HR best practices. Experience in supporting recruitment, performance management, contract administration, and staff engagement processes is also necessary.
