Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Team Assistant include: 1) Assisting the Chief of Human Resources in developing and finalizing HR workflows, standard operating procedures, and other process documents. 2) Organizing key HR events that involve multiple stakeholders and coordinating the HR function across different units through meetings and minute-taking. 3) Developing content related to HR activities for the ECA intranet. 4) Implementing and monitoring activities related to the staff engagement action plan. 5) Creating a single-window access process for administrative services for staff members. 6) Providing office support and administrative functions to the Chief HRO as required. 7) Monitoring processes and scheduling related to the Section's outputs and tasks. 8) Researching, compiling, and organizing information for reports, work plans, and meetings. 9) Generating standard statistical reports and work orders using various databases. 10) Proofreading documents for accuracy and adherence to established standards. 11) Providing secretarial and logistical support for meetings and conferences. 12) Assisting in website management by posting various documents. 13) Performing other duties as assigned by the Chief HRO.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a high school diploma as a minimum educational qualification. Additional studies in administration, social sciences, or management are desirable and would enhance the candidate's profile. Relevant work experience of at least four years in administration is mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have experience in an international organization.
