Job Overview:
The Application Manager – CRM Solutions will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of Welthungerhilfe by managing and improving the organization's CRM landscape. This position involves ensuring the reliable operation of existing CRM tools, particularly the SAP-based MFPlus, while also contributing to the adoption of new cloud-based solutions like Dymatrix DynaCampaign and Pipedrive. The role requires collaboration across various departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to build integrated systems that support the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process enhancements, ensuring data quality, and acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the SAP-based donor accounting and CRM solution MFPlus, ensuring system availability and reliability.
  • Drive the development of the marketing and CRM application landscape, including Dymatrix DynaCampaign, Pipedrive, and Inxmail, by coordinating process enhancements and supporting new functionalities.
  • Ensure high data quality and reliable operation of interfaces between CRM, SAP ECC, and other connected systems through effective monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Analyze CRM-related business processes in collaboration with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and improve process efficiency.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, external partners, and service providers, translating business requirements into system improvements.
  • Manage external vendors and support partners, monitoring service quality and system performance.
  • Maintain system documentation, prepare user guides, and deliver training for key users and end users.

Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in application management, CRM administration, or process support, preferably in a non-profit or service-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM or campaign management systems such as DynaCampaign, MFPlus, Pipedrive, or SAP.
  • A good understanding of donor management, fundraising, or campaign management processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Educational Background:
Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Marketing. This educational background provides the necessary foundation for understanding both the technical and business aspects of CRM solutions.

Experience:
The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in application management or CRM administration. This experience should ideally be in a non-profit or service-oriented environment, where they have developed skills in managing CRM systems and supporting business processes.

Languages:
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory. The candidate must be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders, users, and external partners in both languages. Additional language skills may be considered an asset but are not required.

Additional Notes:
The position is to be filled as soon as possible with a contract duration of two years, which may be converted to an open-ended employment contract based on performance.
