Job Overview:
The Coordinator, Business Project Management (Convenings) is a newly created role within the Gender Equality Division’s Office of the President. This position is designed to provide support for the division's convening event coordination and visa document preparation, aligning with the division's revamped business administration model. The role is part of the Operations team and will collaborate closely with Deputy Directors, Senior Program Officers, and Program Assistants to ensure the successful execution of high-quality convenings.
