Job Overview:
The Partnership Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the UNICEF DRC country office in scaling up resource mobilization, reprogramming, and reporting efforts in response to the ongoing Ebola Virus Disease outbreak. Duties and Responsibilities:
The major duties and responsibilities of the Partnership Specialist include:
  • Proposal Development and Grant Management: Crafting compelling proposals to secure funding and managing grants to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
  • Resource Mobilization and Donor Engagement: Engaging with potential donors, building relationships, and mobilizing resources to support UNICEF's initiatives.
  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborating with various stakeholders, including government entities, UN agencies, and implementing partners, to ensure a cohesive approach to resource mobilization and response efforts.
  • Partnerships and Communications: Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance UNICEF's visibility and effectiveness in the humanitarian sector.

Required Qualifications:
