Job Overview: The Application Manager – CRM Solutions will play a crucial role in enhancing Welthungerhilfe's digital infrastructure, particularly in the area of customer relationship management (CRM). Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Application Manager include managing the operation and administration of the SAP-based donor accounting and CRM solution MFPlus, ensuring its availability and reliability. The manager will drive the development of the marketing and CRM application landscape, coordinating enhancements and supporting new functionalities. They will ensure high data quality and the reliable operation of interfaces between CRM, SAP ECC, and other systems through effective monitoring and issue resolution. The manager will analyze CRM-related business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and improve efficiency. Acting as the primary liaison between business users, project teams, and external partners, the manager will translate business requirements into system improvements and ensure consistent service delivery. Additionally, they will manage external vendors, monitor service quality, and coordinate maintenance activities. The role also involves maintaining system documentation, preparing user guides, and delivering training for key users and end users.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification. They should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in application management, CRM administration, or process support, ideally within a non-profit or service-oriented environment. Experience with CRM or campaign management systems such as DynaCampaign, MFPlus, Pipedrive, or SAP is essential. A good understanding of donor management, fundraising, or campaign management processes is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Educational Background: A relevant degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is required for this position. This educational background provides the necessary foundation for understanding both the technical and business aspects of CRM solutions and application management.
Experience: The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in application management or CRM administration. This experience should ideally be in a non-profit or service-oriented environment, where they have developed skills in managing CRM systems and supporting business processes.
Languages: Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory for this position. The candidate must be able to communicate confidently with stakeholders, users, and external partners in both languages. Proficiency in additional languages would be considered a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Additional Notes: The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with a contract duration of two years. There are good prospects for the conversion of the contract from a fixed-term to an open-ended employment contract after the initial period.
