Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in jurisprudence at the national level, with a strong preference for those with experience in law enforcement, particularly in combating cybercrime. Professional fluency in Russian is mandatory, while knowledge of English and Kazakh is considered an asset. Experience working with governmental institutions and international organizations is beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
