Job Overview: The Reporting Associate will play a vital role in fulfilling both internal and external reporting requests within the UNHCR framework. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing strong liaisons with various stakeholders, including donors, UN agencies, and implementing partners. Duties and Responsibilities: The Reporting Associate will be tasked with several key responsibilities, including: staying updated on operational developments and assisting in the preparation of briefing notes and reports; consolidating data and facilitating the preparation of periodic reports such as situation reports (Sitreps), fact sheets, and other activity-specific reports; liaising with internal and external partners to gather necessary information; collaborating closely with the Information Management Unit to ensure accurate data presentation; assisting in the development of funding submissions, appeals, and reports; preparing and distributing meeting minutes; consolidating inputs for donor reports; enforcing compliance with reporting requirements; supporting the identification and management of risks while seeking opportunities that impact objectives; and performing other related duties as required.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with a High School Diploma, or 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Essential qualifications include experience in dealing with the public and diverse stakeholders, as well as functional skills related to UNHCR's programs. Candidates should demonstrate strong administrative and resource management skills, particularly in reporting and data management. Familiarity with UNHCR's operational context and resource management processes is highly desirable.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a High School Diploma as a minimum, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
