Job Overview: The Marketing Flyer Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-converting marketing flyers that promote the organization’s services and drive immediate customer action. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to develop engaging layouts that effectively communicate the organization’s mission and programs. The designer will need to incorporate high-quality images and compelling marketing copy, ensuring that the flyers are not only eye-catching but also convey a clear message about the organization’s focus areas, including child rights, youth empowerment, household income improvement, and environmental protection. The ultimate goal is to attract support from stakeholders and enhance community engagement through these marketing materials.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create professional flyer designs for both print and digital formats.
Develop engaging layouts that have strong visual appeal and are mobile-friendly.
Incorporate high-quality images related to safari, wildlife, and landscapes into the designs.
Write or refine compelling marketing copy that resonates with the target audience.
Design a clear and bold Call-To-Action (CTA) that encourages immediate customer engagement.
Ensure that the flyers are print-ready and meet the organization’s branding requirements.
Deliver editable source files (PSD, AI, or Canva) along with high-resolution PDFs for print and PNG/JPG formats for social media sharing.
Collaborate with the organization to understand their needs and objectives for the flyers.
Adhere to timelines for initial concepts and final delivery of the designs. 1
Evaluate the effectiveness of the flyers in driving customer inquiries and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating marketing materials such as flyers.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially in non-profit or community-focused projects.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Excellent written communication skills for crafting marketing copy.
Ability to work collaboratively with the organization to understand their vision and goals.

Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the context of community engagement and fundraising.

Experience: Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating marketing materials. Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, as all marketing materials will be created in English. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those spoken in the target communities, would be considered a plus, as it may enhance communication and outreach efforts.
