Job Overview:
The IT department at the IRC is responsible for providing comprehensive end-to-end solutions that encompass Application Development, Integration and Management, Enterprise Architecture, User Experience, Quality Assurance & Testing, and overall Project Management. The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in this department by collaborating with IT colleagues and business partners to enhance the efficient setup and deployment of business applications that meet the needs of end users and align with IRC's mission. This position focuses particularly on the financial, supply chain, and project management domains, ensuring that the organization's technological infrastructure supports its humanitarian efforts effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analyst will be tasked with collecting and assessing system requirements from business users to ensure seamless configuration and delivery of business applications. This includes leading the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems utilized across various departments such as finance, supply chain, HR, and other operational functions. The analyst will ensure that these systems comply with organizational policies, security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the role involves acquiring domain expertise in cross-functional business processes and the systems that support them, while staying updated on industry trends and new technologies relevant to enterprise business systems. The analyst will manage relationships with software vendors and implementation partners to facilitate system enhancements and resolve issues, maintaining comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, data flows, and security models. Coordination with QA teams to support functional, user acceptance, and regression testing across systems is also a key responsibility. The analyst will provide Level 3 support for enterprise systems, addressing complex issues and collaborating with internal and external teams as necessary, while also supporting processes for system updates, advancements, and new implementations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 3-6 years of experience in crafting and supporting enterprise business systems; equivalent experience may also be considered. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and detailing cross-functional business, functional, and technical requirements is essential, as is experience with enterprise system testing, including case development and execution. Proficiency in system administration, support, and change management in a global or multi-site environment is required. A strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP concepts and business processes, along with expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities, is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate superb communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, strong attention to detail, active listening, and analytical thinking. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse teams and organizational levels, is also necessary.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field is required for this position. Candidates with advanced degrees or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields are preferred, particularly those who have obtained Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations certification.

Experience:
The position requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in crafting and supporting enterprise business systems. Candidates with experience working in the NGO or nonprofit sector, especially in distributed or low-bandwidth environments, will be given preference. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and detailing cross-functional business, functional, and technical requirements is also essential.

Languages:
Proficiency in English is mandatory for this position. French language proficiency is considered an added advantage, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
