Candidates must possess a university degree in Hydrology, Environmental Science, Earth Science, Geology, or a related field. They should be at least 20 years old and have completed a minimum of three years of full-time university studies towards their first degree. Candidates may apply within one year of completing their bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree. It is essential that candidates have not previously participated in the IAEA's internship program. Good written and spoken English is mandatory, while fluency in any other IAEA official language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Russian) is considered an asset. Additionally, candidates must provide two signed letters of recommendation with their application.
