Job Overview:
The Project and Award Coordinator position is a full-time permanent role within the Pacific Regional Operations team at Save the Children Australia. The primary focus of this role is to support the effective management of development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific region. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing award management processes throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and monitoring project performance, budgets, and risks. This position requires a proactive approach to collaboration with Country Offices and senior program teams to drive performance, accountability, and impact across the organization's portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Project and Award Coordinator include coordinating award management processes across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, monitoring project performance, budgets, and risks, and supporting reporting and analysis. The coordinator will collaborate with Country Offices and cross-functional teams to ensure strong project delivery and coordination.
