Job Overview: The primary mission of this position is to develop and coordinate awareness and fundraising projects in schools (CCF, DCF, and other projects) within the regional sector, specifically in the Academies of Toulouse and Montpellier. The role involves prospecting new educational institutions, maintaining relationships with participating schools, coordinating the organization and execution of awareness sessions, recruiting and training volunteers in collaboration with businesses for skills sponsorship, training and supervising two interns, ensuring the logistical organization of the project, and monitoring and receiving the fundraising efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to engage with schools and communities, fostering a culture of awareness and support for the organization's mission.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect new educational institutions to participate in awareness and fundraising projects.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing participating schools to ensure continued engagement.
Coordinate the organization and execution of awareness sessions, ensuring they are impactful and informative.
Recruit and train volunteers, working closely with businesses to facilitate skills sponsorship.
Train and supervise two interns, providing guidance and support throughout their involvement.
Ensure the logistical organization of the project, including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue arrangements.
Monitor and receive the fundraising efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance project visibility and effectiveness.
Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on organizational goals and strategies.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must hold a degree in project management, commercial management, or event communication. A minimum of three years of professional experience in project management is required, ideally within the field of Development Education and international solidarity. Successful experience in supervising volunteers and/or interns is essential, along with significant experience in engaging with young audiences and public speaking. Candidates should demonstrate strong autonomy and teamwork capabilities, and familiarity with the education sector is highly desirable. A valid driver's license (Permis B) and personal vehicle are mandatory for this position.
Educational Background: A degree in project management, commercial management, or event communication is required. This educational background should provide the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage projects and engage with various stakeholders in the educational sector.
Experience: The position requires at least three years of professional experience in project management. This experience should ideally be gained in contexts related to Development Education and international solidarity, showcasing the candidate's ability to lead projects and work with diverse groups, particularly in educational settings.
Languages: Fluency in French is mandatory for this position, given the nature of the work and the target audience. Proficiency in English or other languages would be considered an asset, enhancing communication with international partners and stakeholders.
Additional Notes: The position is classified as a Cadre Intégré with a fixed-term contract (CDD) of 12 months, full-time. The role is primarily home-based, ideally in Montpellier, with potential for Toulouse, and requires significant travel. The salary ranges from €37,000 to €44,000 gross annually, depending on experience, with an additional seniority bonus after three years at the headquarters. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and 21 days of RTT, health coverage with 80% paid by ACF, salary maintenance provisions for illness, maternity, and paternity, transport allowances covering 50% of the commuting costs, and meal vouchers with 60% coverage by the association. The organization supports telework, allowing for three days of remote work per week, with mandatory in-person attendance for collective meetings and integration training.
