Job Overview:
The Website Systems Administrator position at FHI 360 is crucial for the successful management and development of the Center for Public Health (CPH) website in Ukraine. Reporting to the EpiC Ukraine Technical Advisor, the Website Manager will act as the primary liaison between CPH and IT vendors, ensuring that the website is developed according to specified requirements and quality standards. This role encompasses overseeing the entire website development process, from initial planning and testing to launch and ongoing administration. The Website Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, tracking project progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the development phase. Post-launch, the individual will manage website hosting, security updates, and routine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and availability of the website. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and functionality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Website Systems Administrator include leading the coordination of the website development process, serving as the main point of contact between the organization and the website development vendor, and ensuring that all project documentation is clear and complete. The Website Manager will monitor project timelines and deliverables, escalate any risks or delays, and coordinate the clarification of requirements during implementation. Quality assurance and user acceptance testing will be overseen by the Website Manager, who will track defects and ensure their resolution prior to launch. After the website goes live, the individual will handle routine administration tasks, including hosting management, system configuration, security updates, and backup procedures. Additionally, the Website Manager will provide support to internal users involved in content management and operations, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Website Systems Administrator position should possess a professional background of 5-8 years in server administration and networking functions. A Bachelor's degree or its international equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field is required. Demonstrated experience in IT project management and technical documentation is essential. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in managing technical documentation, Terms of Reference, and related project materials. Familiarity with server operating systems, web servers, and content management systems is also necessary, along with a basic understanding of web security principles and disaster recovery planning.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems. Candidates should have a solid foundation in IT principles and practices, as well as experience in project management within the IT sector. Additional certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies may be advantageous.

Experience:
The position requires candidates to have 5-8 years of relevant experience in server administration, networking functions, and IT project management. Experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO) is preferred, as it demonstrates familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of working in the nonprofit sector. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from inception to completion, including experience with website development and administration.

Languages:
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory, along with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian. The ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff in both languages is essential for this role, as it involves collaboration with various stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Notes:
This position is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and is open to Ukrainian nationals residing in Ukraine or those willing to relocate. The expected hiring salary range for this role is UAH 680,000 - 950,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
