The BICES Group Executive (BGX) is a NATO entity that serves as the executive body of the BICES Group (BG). The BG is dedicated to facilitating the sharing and exchange of intelligence and information among NATO nations, as well as with non-NATO nations and organizations. The BGX operates under the leadership of a Director and is structured into several divisions, including the Intelligence and Enterprise Services (IES) Division, the Programmes, Engineering and Maintenance (PEM) Division, the Operations and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security-services" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Security Services (OSS) Division, and the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Cell. Job Overview:
The BICES Group Executive (BGX) is seeking applicants for temporary positions that arise occasionally at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Candidates must be nationals of NATO member states and possess skills in relevant disciplines, along with proficiency in English and preferably another language. The positions require candidates to have experience in areas such as software development, network administration, systems administration, cybersecurity, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, project management, finance, IT, legal affairs, human resources, or administrative support. Given the urgent nature of these temporary roles, candidates should be available for employment on short notice and ideally possess a valid NATO security clearance (minimum NATO Secret) at the time of application. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for the temporary positions at BGX include but are not limited to: providing administrative support, managing finance and budgeting tasks, assisting in human resources functions, overseeing project and programme management activities, engaging in engineering tasks, performing systems administration, developing software, administering networks, ensuring cybersecurity measures, and contributing to intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance efforts. Candidates are expected to demonstrate clarity and accuracy in their work, maintain a strong customer service orientation, exhibit empathy and active listening skills, show flexibility in their approach, take initiative in time-sensitive situations, possess organizational awareness, and work effectively as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:
