Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing feedback and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team based on candidate interactions and assessments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Promoting ADB's values and mission during outreach activities to attract candidates who are aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with ADB's recruitment policies and procedures throughout the outreach process.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the Recruitment Outreach position must possess the following qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in relevant fields or a university degree in related fields combined with additional relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for entry-level roles, 6 years for mid-level opportunities, and 10 years for senior-level roles.
