Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Administrative Officer will lead the coordination and provide overall leadership for administrative, facilities, and office support operations for the Tanzania Country Office and its projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient and high-quality administrative services are delivered to staff, consultants, visitors, and project teams. The officer will oversee facilities management, including office space, utilities, leases, insurance policies, and service contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Additionally, the officer will monitor recurring administrative costs, lead the identification of gaps in service delivery, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves overseeing transportation and fleet management systems, asset management, procurement records, and compliance with financial and donor coordination requirements.
