Job Overview:
The position of Contrôleur de gestion sociale is based in Lyon and reports to the Financial Management of HI. The role involves working closely with the HR teams to develop the collection, processing, and analysis of social data from the federal network, which includes headquarters personnel, national associations, international personnel, and national personnel. The main objective is to ensure the reliability of indicators to optimize HR management within the association. This includes conducting economic analyses and simulations to inform compensation policies and other HR projects aligned with the organization's strategy. The role also requires the development and implementation of HR dashboards for internal and external reporting, identifying necessary indicators for activity management, and leading the payroll management for the federal network.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Contrôleur de gestion sociale will be responsible for several key duties: conducting economic analyses and simulations to support compensation policies; developing and implementing HR dashboards for reporting; identifying necessary indicators for activity management in collaboration with HR teams; leading payroll management for the federal network; contributing to the development of reporting tools within the SIRH project team; mastering HR reporting tools and training HR teams in their use; formalizing and updating payroll management processes and tools; ensuring compliance with legal obligations, including GDPR regulations; monitoring remuneration levels and regulatory changes; collaborating with the SIRH team on system configuration and monitoring; implementing continuous improvement in payroll management; preparing budgets and monitoring payroll for the federal headquarters; managing monthly, semi-annual, and annual closures related to personnel costs; coordinating and controlling the reconciliation of accounting entries with payroll; assisting financial managers in payroll management processes; producing analyses of average HR costs and personnel for the federal network; and generating quantitative and qualitative analyses of social data.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have a proven first experience in a similar role, demonstrate curiosity and the ability to work autonomously, integrate and collaborate in an agile environment, show proactivity and solution orientation, and possess the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and comfort with information systems are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment in both French and English are required. Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a degree in finance, management, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and data management.

Experience:

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is also required. Additional languages may be considered an asset but are not mandatory.
