Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator include: processing travel expense reports with a focus on accuracy and completeness; reviewing and certifying duty days in accordance with mission records; determining standard entitlements and ensuring compliance with travel policies; monitoring adherence to cost-effective travel principles; verifying reservation details against approved travel authorizations; serving as the main contact for travel-related issues; advising staff on travel policies; preparing performance reports; identifying improvements to travel policies; advising project managers on capacity development activities; conducting quality control reviews; maintaining mission travel information; assisting in administering the Travel Information Management System (TIMS); supporting recruitment and contracting of experts; liaising with HR, Finance, and IT; ensuring compliance with Fund policies; and contributing to the administration of externally financed projects.

Required Qualifications:
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Candidates who have completed a university degree may be considered without prior experience. Strong organizational and planning skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. The candidate should demonstrate an aptitude for learning new technologies, proficiency in enterprise systems such as PeopleSoft, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
