Job Overview:
The position of online volunteer for Philosophical, Theological, Ethical, and Cultural Anthropology Support is focused on contributing to the enhancement of the MoralityCode Mobile App, an innovative ethical decision-making tool. This role involves developing new content to enrich the app's moral reasoning database by integrating diverse philosophical, theological, ethical, and cultural-anthropological insights. Volunteers will work on enhancing user experience, improving interface responsiveness, refining the AI/ML reasoning engine, and deepening philosophical content. Each volunteer will be assigned a distinct enhancement area to ensure clarity and measurable impact. The objective is to ensure that the platform reflects global cultural realities and provides inclusive moral guidance for users from all backgrounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Each online volunteer will be responsible for producing structured ethical content for the MoralityCode AI. This includes developing 20 moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios, each designed as a structured narrative case study for AI moral reasoning training. The scenarios should reflect diverse global cultural contexts and incorporate real-world social, philosophical, or community-based situations. Volunteers must integrate ethical reasoning grounded in philosophical, theological, and anthropological perspectives, ensuring balance and intercultural understanding. They will also ensure that all scenarios follow a structured storytelling and tagging framework, suitable for AI training by presenting clear moral tension and contextual depth. The content must maintain cultural sensitivity and respect for spiritual and worldview diversity.

Required Qualifications:
Volunteers should possess a strong background in philosophy, theology, ethics, or cultural anthropology. They must have excellent writing skills, particularly in creating structured narratives and ethical scenarios. Familiarity with AI training systems and moral reasoning frameworks is highly desirable. Volunteers should also demonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of diverse ethical perspectives. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team are essential.

Educational Background:
A degree or ongoing studies in philosophy, theology, ethics, cultural anthropology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of moral philosophy and ethical reasoning, as well as familiarity with cultural contexts and diversity.

Experience:
While prior experience in content development for AI or ethical reasoning is beneficial, it is not mandatory. However, candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of the relevant fields and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Experience in collaborative projects or volunteer work in related areas will be considered an asset.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as all content will be developed in English. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly those relevant to diverse cultural contexts, is considered a plus but not required.

Additional Notes:
This is a remote volunteer position, and the estimated workload involves creating 20 structured moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios. Each scenario should be approximately 300–500 words in length. Volunteers must have a laptop and a stable internet connection and are expected to participate in weekly coordination meetings held via Zoom or Google Meet every Thursday from 1:00–1:30 PM UTC. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing volunteers to contribute from anywhere while ensuring that they can meet the outlined expectations.
