The volunteer will play a crucial role in optimizing the existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system built on monday.com. This involves translating a defined CRM strategy into a functional and scalable system that enhances multi-partner engagement, structured tracking of supplier interactions, and the generation of actionable insights for decision-making. The volunteer will be responsible for ensuring that the CRM system is relational, structured, and capable of supporting both operational and strategic needs.
Duties and Responsibilities: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Online Volunteer include:
Supporting the technical implementation of the CRM system by configuring and optimizing the existing setup in monday.com.
Structuring data to ensure it is relational and searchable, allowing for effective tracking of multiple requests and partners.
Implementing workflows that enhance the usability of the CRM for operational and strategic decision-making.
Creating at least three operational dashboards that track supplier engagement, request pipelines, and match progress.
Documenting the system structure and providing guidance for internal users to facilitate ease of use and understanding of the CRM functionalities.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of the CRM system.
