Job Overview: The Online Volunteer for Learning Passport 2.0 will play a crucial role in supporting UNICEF's transition to an enhanced digital learning platform. Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct up to 20 virtual meetings with selected internal and external stakeholders to gather insights on the Learning Passport 2.0 initiative.
Review background materials related to the Learning Passport program prior to meetings to ensure informed discussions.
Facilitate meetings by guiding conversations and encouraging stakeholder participation.
Compile key insights from meetings, focusing on strategic direction, product priorities, product roadmap, implementation considerations, and partnership opportunities.
Align findings with UNICEF's digital education priorities to ensure coherence and relevance.
Prepare a consolidated draft report summarizing findings and recommendations based on stakeholder consultations and document reviews.
Participate in periodic virtual meetings during agreed working hours to discuss progress and updates with the project team.
Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders and facilitate discussions.
Ability to synthesize complex information and present it in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with digital education initiatives and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
