Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Program Manager will drive end-to-end program delivery, managing multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives from scope definition to post-delivery review. You will develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Scrum Master, you will coach your teams on Agile principles, facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives, and proactively remove blockers to maintain project momentum. You will also be responsible for preparing clear status reports for stakeholders, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and conducting business analysis to ensure that all initiatives align with organizational needs. Additionally, you will maintain risk registers and mitigation plans, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed early in the project lifecycle. Partnering with Product Managers, you will help shape the roadmap for the MarTech portfolio, ensuring that it reflects both business priorities and technical realities.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the IT Program Manager position should possess 3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, particularly in areas related to e-commerce systems, donation platforms, or marketing technology. A proven track record of delivering multiple projects concurrently, on time and within budget, is essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or SAFe, is required, along with experience using project management tools like Jira or Monday.com. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are crucial, as you will be engaging with a diverse range of project collaborators.
