Job Overview: The WASH Associate will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities related to water spreading weirs and agricultural water infrastructure. Duties and Responsibilities: The WASH Associate will perform a variety of duties, including: overseeing all construction activities for water spreading weirs and agricultural water infrastructure; assisting in engineering calculations and producing detailed drawings; ensuring timely completion of infrastructure activities; monitoring contractor performance and attending progress meetings; assisting with the production of RFPs, RFQs, and BOQs; reviewing construction design documents; coordinating with local authorities and partners; preparing reports and contributing to proposal development; and performing other relevant duties as required. The role requires a proactive approach to project management and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Rural Engineering, Hydro-Agricultural Development, Civil Engineering, or Water Resource Management.
