A minimum of two years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising or the private sector, focusing on donor or customer acquisition, is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful donor or customer acquisition initiatives, including at least two years of experience leading and managing an acquisition team. Strong capabilities in strategic fundraising planning, identifying new opportunities, and adjusting to challenges are essential.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a first-level university degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Additional training in a related field is advantageous and may enhance a candidate's profile.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of two years of progressively responsible work experience in fundraising or the private sector, specifically with a focus on donor or customer acquisition. Candidates should have a proven track record of successful initiatives in donor or customer acquisition, including experience in leading and managing an acquisition team for at least two years.
Languages: Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory, both written and spoken. A valid TOEIC score of at least 855 in the Listening and Reading sections is required. Knowledge of another official UN language, such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish, is considered an asset.
