Job Overview:
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the organization’s vehicle fleet. This role is crucial in ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with applicable regulations, cost-effective, and readily available to support the operational needs of CIMMYT. The Fleet Coordinator will work closely with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations, which is essential for the overall functioning of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to fleet management, emphasizing the importance of safety, compliance, and cost management in all fleet-related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Fleet Coordinator include coordinating daily fleet operations, which involves vehicle assignment and scheduling to meet the organization's needs.
