Job Overview:
As an ESA Graduate Trainee in Space Transportation Technology Coordination, you will be involved in critical preparatory activities that support the development of future European transportation capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the ESA Graduate Trainee include:

• Supporting project management of industrial activities, including reporting, action tracking, risk assessment, and planning.
• Participating in industrial system studies to evaluate compliance with high-level requirements such as mission needs and performance metrics.
• Assisting in project reviews, particularly focusing on technical specifications and interface requirements.
• Monitoring technologies with low readiness levels and proposing maturation strategies.
• Elaborating technical syntheses on critical and enabling technologies relevant to space transportation.
• Supporting the development of technology roadmaps that align with ESA's strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster innovation and efficiency in project execution.
